Born in Rio de Janeiro, 1959. Joined the Firm in 1990

Education
Candido Mendes University of Law (Law Degree in 1982). From 1983 to 1990 joined the Law Firm of Dannemann, Siemsen, Bigler & Ipanema Moreira (Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo Offices) as a Trademark Attorney. Attended to several national and international intellectual property seminars organized by ABPI (Brazilian Industrial Property Association); LES Seminars; INTA Annual seminars and MARQUES Annual meetings.

Brazilian WIPO Arbiter for Domain Names Disputes. One of his presentations includes a paper presented at the IBA (International Bar Association) Conference in Mexico City, on March 1996, about the intellectual property aspects of the MERCOSUR Agreement; Seminars in Brazil on Internet – Related issues, for the year of 2000; Invited Professor for a Master Extension Course on Intellectual Property Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas for the years 1999 and 2000.
