The purpose of the Common State Register is to provide state bodies, legal entities and citizens with accurate information on legal entities and private entrepreneurs in Ukraine. The Common State Register will be kept in electronic form and will contain the details of existing entities and archives for a period of 75 years.
The data which is included in the Common State Register will be considered trustworthy and may be relied on in disputes with third parties. Even where the data included in the register is not accurate, a third party may nonetheless rely on it unless it knew or should have known that the data was inaccurate.

The Common State Register will also contain information on the reservation
of names for future legal entities.
Information on the following events, as well as other essential information, will be published in a special bulletin:
The state registrar will be responsible for publication of the above information within 10 business days of its entry in the Common State Register.
