Pursuant to this regulation all open (public) joint stock companies and bond issuers must publish their annual financial reports by June 1 each year, either in periodicals or in individual print editions. This information may also be published on the websites of news agencies authorized by the State Stock Market and Securities Commission.
In addition, all joint stock companies, whether open or closed (private), and bond issuers must publish their annual issuers reports by September 30. This may be done either (i) in one of the official periodicals of the Parliament, the Cabinet of Ministers or the State Stock Market and Securities Commission, or (ii) on the websites of news agencies authorized by the State Stock Market and Securities Commission.
